Some enter college completely sure of themselves and what they want to do with their lives, while others enter clueless and open to possibilities.
At my school, you had to declare a major and minor by the end of your first quarter. I entered college knowing exactly what I wanted to do, so for me choosing my major and minor wasn't much of an issue.
But for those who are unsure, don't sweat it. Take time in figuring out your passions. That's what college is all about discovering yourself and what you like. I admit that I thought of changing my minor this past year. It's normal. And don't worry if you change your mind along the way. At my school they said that about 70% of students changed their major at least once during their time in college and 40% changed their major twice. It's normal.
